Refund Policy: Monthly Shorts Club

At Shortify Social Ltd, we pride ourselves on the quality of our video editing and the dedication of our creative team. Because we allocate specific editor bandwidth to your "Monthly Shorts Club" subscription, we have established the following refund criteria.

1. The "Half-Month" Rule

We offer a partial refund for your monthly subscription fee based on the duration of your active cycle at the time the cancellation/refund request is submitted:

  • Days 1–14: If you have been subscribed for less than half the month (14 days or fewer), you are eligible for a maximum refund of 50% of your current month’s subscription fee.

  • Days 15–30: If you have been subscribed for more than 14 days, the eligible refund amount decreases by 3.3% for each additional day passed.

    • Example: At Day 20, your maximum eligible refund would be approximately 30%.

  • Day 25 and beyond: No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

2. Creative Work Clause

Regardless of the number of days passed, the refund amount may be further adjusted based on the volume of work delivered:

  • If we have already completed and delivered more than 50% of your monthly video quota, the maximum refund is capped at 25%, regardless of whether you are in the first 14 days.

  • Once a video has been approved and finalized for delivery, the labor for that specific asset is non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, you must email ben@shortify.social with the subject line "Refund Request: Monthly Shorts Club." The date of the email will be used as the official timestamp for calculating the "Half-Month" percentage.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Onboarding Fees: Any one-time setup or onboarding fees are strictly non-refundable.

  • Completed Months: We do not offer "proactive" refunds for previous months of service that have already concluded.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your access to the Monthly Shorts Club portal and any un-downloaded assets will be revoked immediately upon the processing of a refund.
